Notification of change of name of Natixis Harris Associates Global Equity Fund

(Together the “Affected Mirror Funds”)
We have been notified by the Board of Directors of Natixis International Funds (Lux) I (the “Board”), that the name of the underlying fund of the Affected Mirror funds will be changed on 20 July 2026 (the "Effective Date"), from the Harris Associates Global Equity Fund to the Harris Oakmark Global Equity Fund.
Accordingly, the Affected Mirror Funds will also be renamed from the Effective Date as follows:

There are no other changes to the underlying fund, the investment objective, or the operation and/or manner in which the underlying fund of the Affected Mirror Funds is being managed.
These changes will take effect automatically and policyholders do not need to take any action.
