Notification of a name change for various BMO mirror funds

We have been notified by BMO Global Asset Management (the “Company”) of a branding change to the underlying funds of the Friends Provident International Limited mirror funds listed below, which will take effect from 4 July 2022 (the “Effective Date”).

1)  L94 BMO Responsible Global Equity (GBP)

2)  J11 FPIL UK Index Tracker

3)  R16 FPIL European

(together the "Affected Mirror Funds")

The Company has advised that it will be rebranding BMO to Columbia Threadneedle Investments following the acquisition by Columbia Threadneedle’s parent, Ameriprise Financial, last year.

Aligned with this rebrand, the BMO fund ranges will be renamed with the prefix ‘CT’ from the Effective Date. 

The Affected Mirror Funds will also change name, in line with the underlying funds, on the Effective Date as shown below.

The Company has advised that there are no plans to change the way the underlying funds of our mirror funds are managed at this point.
