Notification of changes to the underlying funds of M84 Franklin US Government
We have been notified by Franklin Templeton Investment Funds (the “Company”) of the following change to Investment Manager of the underlying funds of the M84 Franklin US Government. This change will take effect from 06 August 2020 (the “Effective Date”).
Currently, the Management Company (Franklin Templeton International Services S.à r.l.) has delegated the portfolio management of the underlying fund of the mirror Fund to certain investment management entities within Franklin Templeton Investments. Pursuant to an internal reorganization of investment personnel responsible for the investment management of the underlying fund of the mirror fund, the investment management structure of the underlying fund of the mirror fund will be revised such that Franklin Templeton Institutional, LLC will be removed from the investment management structure.
