Non-Dealing Days of the underlying fund of J71 Schroder Japanese Opportunities

We have been notified by Schroder Investment Management (“The Company”) of upcoming non-dealing days of the underlying fund of J71 Schroder Japanese Opportunities. The Company have confirmed that the underlying fund of J71 Schroder Japanese Opportunities will not be priced on the following dates:

Monday	4 May 2020
Tuesday	5 May 2020
Wednesday	6 May 2020

As a result of these non-dealing days on the underlying fund, please note that J71 Schroder Japanese Opportunities will not be priced from 04 May to 06 May 2020 inclusive.

Please note any transactions for J71 Schroder Japanese Opportunities that require a price for Monday 4^th May 2020, the latest available price will be used.
