Friends Provident International Limited (“Friends Provident International”) has been notified by Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management (“The Company”) of an operational issue that was experienced by their Fund Administrator, which impacted the production of their daily NAVs for the underlying funds of the above named funds.

The Company has stated:

“I am writing to you about an operational issue currently being experienced by our Fund Administrator that has impacted the production of our daily NAVs for the CGWM Diversity, CGWM Affinity and CGWM Opportunity Funds.

Please be assured that this matter is being dealt with as a matter of priority and has full engagement of senior management. We anticipate this piece of work being completed in the next 48 hours and we are aiming to be back in a business as usual position by close of business this Friday 9^th November.”

As a result, the above named funds underwent a two day suspension, effective 06 and 07 November 2018.
