Notification of changes to the underlying funds of various Aberdeen funds

Notification of changes to the underlying funds of:
- P65 Aberdeen Global Asia Pacific Equity
- P33 Aberdeen Global Chinese Equity
- R11 Aberdeen Global Emerging Markets Smaller Companies
- P54 Aberdeen Global Indian Equity
- J96 Aberdeen Global Technology Equity
We have been notified by Aberdeen Global (“The Company”) of an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) in regard to the underlying funds into which the above named funds invest. The EGM was to consider a proposed change to the name of the Company and its sub-funds.
The Company further confirmed that the proposed change to the name of the Company and its sub-funds has been approved at the EGM and will come into effect from 11 February 2019 (the “Effective Date”).
As a result, the following changes to the funds named above will also come into effect on the Effective Date. These changes are detailed in the tables below and overleaf.
